Pinkle

GENRE: Rock, Pop, Indie, FolkIt worth a try!

Label: Aaahh Records
Release date: 2010
Total running time: 0:44:45

Hailing from America, Bryn Martin aka Pinkle is now living in Switzerland, where he does not only benefit from a pleasant tax system but beyond spent the last couple of years doing his Phd in engineering. His affection for experiments and puzzling is not only useful for his profession but also a blessing for fans of independent music at the same time. Eager to work out his own individualistic tone, Bryn’s songs are mostly guitar-based but mingle with all sorts of other instruments and sounds. Calling it „quirky brew of moog and acoustic melodies overlaid by hush vocals, conjuring comparisons to the initimate voicing of Andrew Bird and the pop hook of Regina Spektor“, Bryn leaves us not much left to explain. Releasing and presenting you his album “House Plants”, which can be seen as a collection or so far best of album of his previously released 200+ songs, we hope to broaden your musical horizon and collect endless numbers of new Pinkle-Fans. We are chuffed and proud!
